Before joining the Office of the Government of the Russian Federation, worked in the Office of the State Duma of the Russian Federation. From 2011 to 2015 — Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs’ Rights in the Tula Region, Minister of Investment Policy of the Tula Region. In 2012 and 2015 — Secretary of the working group of the State Council of the Russian Federation. From 2015 to the present time — Deputy Director of the Department of the Government of the Russian Federation.

One of the developers of the national priority program “Reform of Control and Supervisory Activities”, developed in accordance with the instruction of the President of the Russian Federation. Worked on a number of federal laws, including the first in the history of Russia Federal Law “On State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation” and its companion law.

Secretary of the Government Sub-Commission on Improvement of Control and Supervisory and Permit Activities in the Russian Federation.

Member of the interdepartmental working group for the protection of entrepreneurs’ rights under the General Prosecutor’s Office of Russia.
